Snapped a few shots of this ionic column in the cafe area of well-known museum the other day. Bit of an exploration in the use of depth of field and such like.
You’d think that colour is totally whizzed up in post, but in actual fact, not really. Just some fairly standard adjustments to contrast and exposure and what have you. That golden hue is mostly a result of the strong accent lighting just out of shot at top. And, of course, all the particular settings in camera, the sensor and the way this particular camera deals with colour.
