Carrying on the exploration of nature’s simple forms up close, this week’s image of a flax was taken in the morning sun.
The black background results from, ISO, aperture and shutter settings and taking advantage of the dynamic range of the camera. So no black background used.
Not sure if I’m completely sold on the post processing but I like the simplicity of the form and am reminded of the part Flax has played in NZ culture and industry.
