Pororari River Track – West Coast, New Zealand [Video]

Holiday snaps from a walk up Pororari River Track on the West Coast of New Zealand’s South Island, May 2022.

Fab walk alongside the Pororari river – just down the road from Punakaiki and the Truman Track – with impressive limestone cliffs and lush bush.

This track is in Paparoa National Park and is the start/finish of a number of longer walks including the Paparoa Track – one of NZ’s ‘Great Walks’ that goes through to Blackball (actually the Smoke-ho car park up the hill from Blackball) and is popular with hikers and mountain bikers.
